Description
I became a therapist because I love helping others find clarity and purpose. Through the lens of self-compassion, we will work together to explore how past experiences are influencing your current situation, uncover what's important to you and learn practical strategies to address the difficulties you are currently facing. I specialize in late diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, issues in both traditional and non-traditional relationships, as well as supporting good mental health from the inside out with nutrition and lifestyle change.
