Living and Loss Counselling
Summary
When you life has been shattered by a loss, I can be a support. Loss and grief has many causes: death, divorce, traumatic losses, addictions, illness and life transitions are events that can cause sorrow. Anxiety and depression can be evident in your grief journey or can be exacerbated by the pandemic. Each person has their own fingerprint and expression of their sorrow. Together we design a plan using a variety of trauma informed approaches, to first cope, then integrate mind with body for a more peaceful life. Online and in person options are offered for both individual and group support.
