Do you feel overwhelmed, unsettled, or pulled in too many directions? Maybe you're feeling anxious, stuck, or weighed down by something you can’t quite name. Trying to process emotional pain or relationship struggles on your own can feel isolating and exhausting. Many of the people I work with are navigating inner turmoil, life transitions, or the lasting impact of past trauma. Others are finding it hard to connect in their relationships or carry a heaviness they’ve pushed aside for too long. My role is to support you in exploring what has often felt too heavy or overwhelming.
