Description
Leah approaches the practice of therapy (and the practice of living!) with open-hearted curiosity and respect. She helps clients come home to their good, authentic, and whole selves. Using psychological interventions based on the latest developments in the field of neuroscience psychology, Leah creates a safe and nurturing environment in which clients can resolve traumatic and sensitive issues, even those stemming from early childhood. Leah follows the client's lead, weaving together talk therapy, and body-based (somatic) therapies for greater therapeutic effectiveness.
