Description
I have an M.A. in Counselling Psychology and practicum experience at Nicomekl Elementary, AIDS Vancouver, Native Courtworker and Counselling Association, and HIM. As an RCC with BCACC, I provide cognitive-behavioural, psychoeducational, and trauma-informed counselling using CBT, gestalt, mindfulness, and play therapy. My practice is humanistic, social justice-oriented, and biopsychosocial. I help adults with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, and ALS-related concerns, working with individuals and couples.
