Description
I am a Counselling Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, families, and teens through life’s challenges. With over 15 years’ experience as a teacher, I bring an understanding of family dynamics. I walk alongside clients, aiming to empower them, provide tools and remind them of the ones they already have. I witness their unique experiences with care. My work focuses on fostering growth, resilience, and connection so people can move toward balance and positive change for the life they want to live.
