Description
Hi! My name is Andrew, and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) who is excited and enthusiastic about supporting everyone’s journey towards improved mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and have a special focus/interest in anxiety, depression, burnout, men’s health, and relationship/couples’ issues; these are of special interest because I have lived experience with all these themes and topics. I have experience as a client with individuals, couples, and group counselling; these shape my practice and help me connect with my clients.

Summary
I see clients virtually at present and have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with mental health or relationship issues. I have a background in engineering and project management, and worked in the oil and gas sector for almost 15 years. I have first-hand knowledge about corporate restructuring and the traumatic impact this can have on us, and the challenges associated with job hunting and career transitions. I would be happy to have a free consultation with you; please contact me for more information and I hope you have a great day! :)
