You might have never expected parenting to be this challenging, but you’re not alone in feeling this way. Perhaps you’re juggling work, childcare, a relationship, and a personal life, which can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Therapy offers a chance to focus on self-care, address family challenges, and also provide support for couples struggling with their relationship after entering parenthood.
