Description
Welcome, my name is Kara, and I have always been passionate about helping others. I've worked in the school system for over 13 years and I have provided social work and counselling services to various individuals from youths in pre-school to grade 12, adolescents, and adults. I have experience with people who struggle with disabilities, behaviours and mental health concerns. I am a registered Social Worker and Professional Counsellor and I provide a safe and caring environment where you can have a sense of belonging. We will explore ideas and concerns together while you receive the support
