Description
I am passionate about working with people and have done so in a helping capacity for nearly ten years. My journey to the counselling profession came after a process of personal growth and reflection, which I believe to be essential in leading a happy and fulfilling life. When not counselling I can be found enjoying family time with my husband and children or pursuing my personal hobbies and interests including running, teaching dance classes and various DIY projects around the house.

- I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology, and a Masters of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. I have worked with diverse populations including men, women, youth and families, with special focus on trauma counselling. In addition to trauma therapy, I have experience working with those struggling with addictions and generalized life challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict and the like. Having spent some time living and studying in Latin America, I hold a certificate of Advanced Proficiency in Spanish Language.
