Description
My counselling style is warm, empathic, and genuine. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and believe that developing trust and safety is the most important part of the counselling process. I incorporate experiential modalities in my work, which means that in addition to talking about past experiences, we will pay attention to emotions and sensations that occur during the counselling session. Since graduate school, I have completed, and continue to attended advanced training and supervision in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).

Welcome! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor living and working in Nelson British Columbia. I offer individual counselling with adults both in-person and online. I hold a belief that we all have within ourselves the resources to grow and transform, provided we are given an environment of emotional safety that allows for self-exploration and authentic expression.
