My practice is centered around fostering self-awareness and establishing healthy boundaries, helping you navigate life's complexities with greater confidence and peace. I am passionate about guiding individuals through their personal growth journeys. I am currently seeing clients for Forest Walk Counselling sessions in Lynn Valley North Vancouver. My in person office is located at 15th & Lonsdale on Tuesdays & Sundays.
