I provide professional counselling and psychotherapy services via video and in-person to clients deal with anxiety, depression, anger, low confidence, stress, trauma and more. I am also passionate about bringing my 15+ years experience in career counselling to help clients navigate the emotional and practical aspects of work and career-related challenges. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on various disciplines and traditions and using the most applicable techniques from each in order to attune to your unique circumstances and needs. Weekend and evening hours available
