As a counsellor, I support people who are are navigating life's many difficult realities, helping them to process and cope with what is happening. I work from a feminist, anti-colonial perspective, seeking to dismantle hierarchies of oppression and power. I encourage my clients to examine the stories they believe about themselves and the world, unpicking tangled threads of identity and beliefs, and rewriting the narrative into one which serves their good. I believe self compassion and accepting our humanity is foundational to our mental well being.
