I welcome clients who seek a collaborative, non-judgmental process focused on addressing painful emotions and circumstances. We will address difficult relationship patterns, grieve unacceptable losses, and investigate ways to change hopelessly stuck situations. While I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions and complex grief, I welcome all clients who are seeking a therapist who is present, authentic, and comfortable in complex and hard-to-resolve situations (and who doesn't sound like ChatGPT.)
