Description

Counselling helps us unearth our internal compass, also called our inner intelligence, intuition, or higher self, so that we can relearn how to trust ourselves again. This is important work.

As a counsellor, I bring my whole self to this profession. My goal is to honour the dignity of each person in the room, so that you can experience support, and encouragement in the specific ways you need as an individual, couple, or family.

My counselling services are collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I am client-centred, LGB2STQIA+ affirming and provide neuroaffirmative care.
