Description
I've been working as a counsellor in private practice for over ten years in the Vancouver area. I really work hard to live a life that is centred in self-awareness, compassion, integrity, curiosity and physical vitality. It's a challenge to walk the walk, and I've struggled with my own anxiety, depression and relational issues. I don't think of myself as an expert that's going to provide all the answers, but more as a support where clients feel safe to openly express themselves. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I feel very privileged to share in my client's personal healing journey.
