I love my work I love my work! As a Registered Nurse, Master Therapeutic Counsellor and Somatic Therapist, I hope to help you find ease and greater capacity. I'm a life long learner so my practice is a blend of many teachings and experiences. My primary modes of therapeutic practice are in Somatic Experiencing,(SEP) IFS, Brainspotting and Relational Somatic therapy.
