Description

My role is to help my client journey through their own experiences to find healing.  I believe clients are the expert of their own experiences, but it is through therapeutic alliance an individual can reset and find pieces of hope in their journey. I will come alongside to provide the support that will initiate healing and hope in the client.

Summary

I work with client with depression and anxieties disorders; substance use disorders; and disassociation. My approach in therapy is holistic: integration of body, mind and spirit, in helping my clients find heathy ways to cope with life stressors.

My goal is to create an atmosphere of safety, warmth, and respect that supports people to courageously tell their story, face difficult emotions, learn new ways of coping, repair relationships, transform the impact of trauma, and move toward the change they seek to make in their lives.
