Description
Trained in EMDR, I support clients navigating emotional abuse, trauma, and complex relationship patterns. You may feel stuck in confusing or draining relationships, struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, people-pleasing, or trusting your own perceptions. I help you understand hidden dynamics, rebuild self-trust, and gently process past experiences using EMDR, IFS, ACT, and somatic approaches. Together, we work toward clarity, stronger boundaries, emotional steadiness, and a more grounded sense of self. If something has felt “off” but hard to name, therapy can offer a steady, compassionate space.
