Description
I found my passion for counselling and helping others through my journey in music. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Music, specializing in Opera. I am a professional singer, as well as a voice and music teacher. It was through this path that I discovered the healing qualities of music and voice. This inspired me to become a counsellor, and now I am able to work from both my musical and healing practices. Some of the areas that I have experience working in are depression, stress-management, substance use, anxiety, trauma, performance anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
