Provider information

Description

I have over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, teens, and families. These individuals have faced challenges from physical and cognition disabilities, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) or encountering symptoms deriving from intergenerational trauma, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, addictive processes, grief and loss, and low self-esteem/worth. A client-centred approach informs my practice because at the heart of my work I believe each client is unique and valuable.
