Description
Come as you are. You don't have to know where to begin. You can choose to talk about your challenges, whatever they might be. I will meet you at where you are. Your story needs to be told, by you, so that you can learn to feel less pain, gain more clarity, and live in the present moment without judgment. I am a member of BC Association of Clinical Counsellors in good standing, and hold both designations of Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic. I welcome and value diversity from all walks of life.
