Description
Jeremy provides services in-person and online and primarily focuses on individuals in helping or high stress professions, those who have experienced trauma, and men’s mental health. However, he has experience in and can help support you with a variety of obstacles including substance dependence, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, disordered eating, assertiveness, family estrangement, and relationship concerns. Jeremy works with individuals aged 13 and up and offers individual, brainspotting, couples, and group therapy in addition to clinical supervision, workshops, and speaking opportunities

We support individuals who feel overwhelmed, drained, or stuck - and want to regain emotional balance, confidence, and control in everyday life. In therapy, we utilize a mix of approaches and modalities which includes Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance and Commitment, and Narrative Therapy in addition to Brainspotting. We offer direct-billing to most insurance companies and accept cash, credit, and E-Transfer.
