Description
I offer Counselling and Life Coaching services to help you overcome challenges and pain that keep you 'stuck'. You will gain an understanding of what is holding you back and develop tools to overcome life challenges such as depression and anxiety, limiting beliefs, destructive mindsets, fear, self-judgement, shame, low self-esteem, boundaries and communication and relationships. You have the answers within you. Together, we will discover what your challenges are, how to overcome them, set goals and action steps so you can move forward with success and the confidence that you desire.
