Queer and trans therapist that helps teens and adults find their next step forward when they're feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress, or depression. Together, we'll figure out who you are, who you want to be, and how to get there. In our sessions, we’ll explore the what’s holding you back and what’s weighing you down, so you can build confidence and gain insight.

Experienced therapist that's currently the Clinical Director at Insight Mental Health Counselling, with previous roles as a Counsellor at Dalhousie University and a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician for the BC government.
