Description
Russ is a caring and approachable person whose humour and relaxed presence is calming and authentic. He works with 75-minute sessions as it gives more time to not be rushed. Russ works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug addiction, work and life problems, relationship issues, loss & grief, and when life doesn't make sense anymore. He also works with couples on issues of communication, conflict resolution, healing from infidelity, and helping couples learn how to better meet each other's needs.
