I carry designations of RPC (Registered Professional Counsellor) and MPCC (Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. I am approachable with effective interpersonal skills, an attentive listener, empathetic and thoughtful. In my practice it is my goal to deliver therapeutic services in a brief, comprehensive, effective, and flexible way by incorporating various concepts and techniques', providing counselling that is suited specifically to you and your unique circumstances.
