Description

I’m an integrative therapist and work from a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed position. I’m also a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.

I work with clients who have various concerns and goals. Some of the common areas I support people in are neurodiversity (understand and embrace), identity, meaning and purpose; responding to/making significant life changes (relationships; career; illness; grief; retirement); relational work (partners, family, friends); family challenges or changes (fertility, perinatal, loss, parenthood, and caregiving); trauma.
