Healing and growth can happen when you feel truly seen and understood. As a fat, liberation-orientated practitioner, my practice is rooted in anti-oppression, anti-racist, LGBTQ2s+ affirming, sex-positive, and harm reduction frameworks. I work alongside people, acknowledging the systems that harm while supporting acts of resistance and reclamation of your inherent worth. My areas of specialty include experiences of disordered eating, chronic dieting, body liberation, gendered violence, shame resilience, and self-compassion. Currently, I am working with adults and youth ages 14+.
