Description
I support clients who are navigating anxiety, grief, anger, depression, identity, meaning, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in existential therapy and values-aligned action, with attention to narrative and somatic experiences. I understand therapy as a space for reflection. Some sessions focus on meaning-making and deeper inquiry. Others build techniques for emotion regulation, values clarification, and responding differently to familiar triggers. With a background in philosophy and counselling psychology, I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space that supports practical change.

Facility: Inner Agora Counselling
Summary
Inspired by the ancient Greek agora, a place of dialogue and inquiry, Inner Agora Counselling is a space where that search turns inward. Here, we ask questions that do not have easy answers, including what we value most, how we might live well amid uncertainty, or how we could respond to anxiety, grief, and change. In the spirit of philosophers who walked the ancient agora, this is a place to make meaning with honesty and care, and to move toward a life shaped by greater clarity and alignment with what matters most. Sessions support both reflection and practical change.
