We'll work on understanding your fears and barriers so that we can start to create the life you always desired. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Adlerian Psychotherapy, with an integration of attachment-based, trauma-healing/sensitive, sensory-based, neuroscience- and evidence-based modalities with a focus on insight, body-awareness, and targeted behavioural changes.
