Hello and welcome! My name is Andy and I am a trauma-informed therapist that deeply cares about creating a safe space where you can explore and process difficult experiences, feelings, and thoughts. Together we can support you to develop a deeper understanding of your inner world and move towards growth and healing, whatever that may mean to you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model when it comes to supporting you on this journey and I will tailor what’s in my toolbox to suit your needs.

We offer individual counselling, couples/relationship counselling, family counselling, and sex therapy services.
