Hello and Welcome!  With Trauma comes anxiety, depression, and/or panic.  Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, trapped, lethargic, and disconnected from yourself?  I have over 20 years of experience with a primary focus on Trauma, Addiction, and Couples.  Together we will find the skills/tools that fit who you are.  As we are all unique, the modality must fit you.  I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to wellness.
