Ruth’s clinical focus is working with adults and couples, especially those entering marriage, parenthood, or other times of transition, with a focus on prevention and education. She is committed to making the information learned in therapy more available to those who need it.

With Ruth, you can expect the process to be down-to-earth, solution-focused, and with a sense of humour. Ruth has also taught counselling graduate students and is passionate about supporting the development of new counsellors. Outside of work, Ruth is chasing after her four-year-old twins.
