Description
I provide counselling from a person-centered approach as I believe every individual and situation is unique . I am passionate about helping individuals learn about themselves, their mental health and ways to cope with life- whatever it is that is occurring for you at the time. I use analogies to shift perspective and look at things from a new angle and take a strengths based approach. I borrow from various frameworks to guide sessions depending on your needs and situation. I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation to explore how I can assist you and see if we are a good fit.
