Description
In my practice, I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or the effects of past trauma. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can bring all or any parts of yourself, including those that feel hurt, angry or unworthy. Using a compassionate, holistic approach, I help my clients explore different thoughts, feelings and memories. My approach is collaborative and I strive to find what works best for you at any time.
