Description
I work primarily with individuals experiencing bereavement and traumatic grief/loss. I am a certified compassionate bereavement care provider. My practice also has a focus on people experiencing anxiety, and depression, and those going through life transitions/changes such as divorce/separation. I also offer counselling to immigrants and refugees seeking newcomer support. I use person-centred and mindfulness-informed approaches to support individuals, with an emphasis on providing a non-judgmental, kind, equitable and compassionate space.

Welcome to the Herring Cove Counselling Centre We are a group of Registered Counselling Therapists or Registered Counselling Therapist - Candidates (RCT-C). This means we have completed Master’s degrees in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy and are registered with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT).
