After decades of thinking that the way to happiness is working hard to change my life circumstances, I was at the point of burnout. I finally went on a transformational journey and was able to let down my guard, work through my guilt and pain and be my real, authentic self. I’m good at helping people access their subconscious messaging, let go of guilt and pain and re-acquaint themselves with their true feelings and instincts.

Our focus is to help people understand themselves better. We work with individuals (adults and minors), couples, and families dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, grief, self-esteem, boundaries, stress, addiction, and relationship problems.

We don't follow one specific approach or modality. Our team is of different backgrounds, training, and lived experiences. Our goal is to work with you in a supportive way to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing. We support you in your personal growth journey—whatever stage you are at.
