As a counsellor, I use my life experience to connect with my clients. I learned that the path forward is sometimes tricky and filled with uncertainty. I have always sensed a higher power and connecting to this higher power has allowed me to give up my past anxious and frenetic controlling behaviours. I believe my clients find me for a reason, and there is a purpose behind them seeking help from me. I encourage others to see the light, the gift, the beauty within themselves.

Our focus is to help people understand themselves better. We work with individuals (adults and minors), couples, and families dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, grief, self-esteem, boundaries, stress, addiction, and relationship problems.

We don't follow one specific approach or modality. Our team is of different backgrounds, training, and lived experiences. Our goal is to work with you in a supportive way to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing. We support you in your personal growth journey—whatever stage you are at.
