My personal journey of self-discovery started well over 30 years ago. My insight and intuitive skills allow me to recognize the most supportive approach for anyone in their healing process. I honour the power of the mind and the intelligence of the body. Allowing both to lead my clients toward their goals, towards the sense of love and belonging they long for. We work with individuals (adults and minors), couples, and families dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, grief, self-esteem, boundaries, stress, addiction, and relationship problems. We don't follow one specific approach or modality. Our team is of different backgrounds, training, and lived experiences. Our goal is to work with you in a supportive way to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing. We support you in your personal growth journey—whatever stage you are at.
