Description
“My clients are going through a time of transition and need support to keep their lives balanced as much as possible. Whenever they think of their lives, they often feel overwhelmed. Negative thinking has impacted areas of their life in a negative way. They feel that success is more powerful when they access support and " other perspectives". I believe they are the experts. I use a lot of process-oriented and Jungian theory to provide some tools to reflect and hopefully gain further clarity and integration of life experience. With my teaching background, I provide many tools to help your own
