Description
I have specialized training in working with the effects of trauma and grief. I also provide general psychotherapy for general anxiety and stress and emotional triggers. I use a range of different therpuetic models, and work collaboratively with each client to find a blend of techniques that suit who they are and what their needs are right now. My goal is to help my clients get some immediate relief from what's troubling them and to build long-term skills and strategies for great resilience, authenticity, and connection in their lives.
