Description
As a nurse, I have experienced the reality that mental health is important to every context of life. As a sexual assault/domestic violence forensic nurse examiner, I have provided crisis counselling, trauma-informed care and therapy for a number of needs. As a survivor of postpartum trauma, PTSD and moral injury from a healthcare system that isn’t meeting the most basic empathetic needs of their patients, I have a unique view and ability to assist my clients in their therapy journey. Using a number of techniques I can provide a therapeutic experience that is client-driven and wellness focused
