Welcome to Hazelnut Counselling!  I am accepting new clients in person for couples counselling.

My name is Stephanie Hayes. I am a registered clinical counsellor and experienced couples counsellor. I will provide you with guidance and encouragement to communicate effectively, to tackle difficult topics, resolve conflict in a healthy way, and to make meaningful changes that will strengthen your relationship with your partner and with yourself.
