Description
I practice through a trauma informed and culturally sensitive lens. I believe that each person deserves to be treated as unique being with their own experiences. As such, I use person centred therapy with each client to ensure individual treatment plans for each unique client. I have experience with youths and adults centred in difficulties with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and grief.
