Provider information
Description
I work with anxiety, depression, relationship injuries, substance abuse, motivation, gender, sexuality, body image, and other struggles. Clients are always welcome to bring any difficulties or successes into session. My therapeutic approach is both client-centred and client-led. I am here to assist with what my client feels is important based on their values, aspirations, and struggles. I work to be nonjudgemental and open. We will deal with both the practical and emotional aspects of your life, while working to keep your values, rather than mine, at the centre of our sessions.
