Description
Holding a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University, Ryan is an R.C.C and Certified Adlerian Counsellor. Ryan has worked in a variety of settings notably, men's recovery centre for the treatment of addiction, supporting those with mood disorders, and working with vulnerable populations on the downtown east side. Ryan offers a safe, non-judgemental and trauma-informed space. Ryan specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Adlerian Therapy and Mindfulness based practice, but also adapts his techniques and modalities depending on the needs of the client.
