First Health Counselling is primarily a mental health service for First Responders, Public Safety Personnel, Health Care Professionals and their family members. First Health Counselling also accepts self-referrals from the general public. Those interested are encouraged to contact the office, through phone, text or email, so that the levels of service support and any questions may be answered.
