Description
Are you someone hoping to find ways to feel less anxious, less stressed, or less depressed, and have the tools to show up differently? Do you want to feel more like yourself again, or figure out what helps to get "unstuck?" Do you often feel down on yourself, like you're not enough, but you don't know how to change this? Maybe there is a relationship in your life that you, or you and your partner, are hoping to better understand and improve. Let's look at what's going on for you now, how the past might impact this, and equip you with ways to move forward differently.

Facility: Fika Mental Health

Summary
We built the idea for this practice around the Swedish notion of a "Fika Break" where one takes time to pause, nourish, and socialize, within their day. We live in a society that often asks us to get distracted by our past experiences, the fast-paced present, or an urgency towards future goals, and we forget to give ourselves permission to take a break for our whole selves. As a practice, our clinicians value patient care first - this means that your online counselling will be guided by your goals and needs.
